![]() ![]() As it happens, this particular screw is not a size anyone carries. Then in 3rd month, a screw fell out of the hinge. Once you added in all the other costs to get good lenses, it is still decently priced. I was super excited to see the website with such good prices on frames. I am finally at that age where my sight needed more correction to have more than just 1 pair of glasses. There is no way to track my order so I didn't even know that my glasses were already shipped (no conformation email or anything just a notice after my order to screenshot my tracking number.) please have better customer service because people want to know where their hard earned money is going to. I was hung up on trying to call customer support and had to leave a message (I called as soon as they opened and stayed on hold for 30 minutes). BUT that still doesn't discount my overall review. I was so frustrated that I didn't even like how they looked on my face but everyone around me say that they look fine so, no need for a refund. UPDATE: literally just got my glasses they seem okay. Don't buy from here because it's nerve wracking, unless you are okay with giving up your money/card information to a company you don't know about like I did.:/ This company gives off scammer vibes because they seem like they don't try to improve when constructive criticism is given. No store credit please nor hoops to jump through preferably. Please respond ASAP because I need my money back. I find it silly to wait to get the tracking number to work AFTER it's been shipped. Y'all are quick to charge but not quick enough to give to give the product in return. I see reviews get quite the same response, therefore I'm writing a review to get someone to look at my case and give me a refund. I'm currently on the phone with customer service and I'm pretty sure I'm the first one to call because I called the second it opened and I've been on hold for 20 minutes now and I'm not staying on this for an hour. It's been almost 4 weeks and still haven't got a conformation email of my order, only a order number that I screenshot. It was my fault for not doing more research on this company before buying a product from them. Why would I not be told about this issue? Why would they block me if there was an issue? It is extremely unprofessional and disappointing because their glasses are very cute and I had ZERO issues with them before this. They are now punishing me because I have returned pairs that I have not liked (because the business is online) and they are saying they cannot do business with me because of this. ![]() I have left multiple glowing reviews and was not rude at all. This is frustrating because I have points I can spend and be willing to purchase from them again but blocking someone is just so unprofessional. They then said they would issue a refund (which I do appreciate) but then told me that they couldn't meet my requirements for glasses. A company should not be blocking and deleting reviews that aren't glowing, that is dishonest. I then messaged the main page asking why I was blocked because I was genuinely confused. I said nothing rude, just told people to check their script. When I posted about this, I got blocked on the fan group. I recently went to the eye doctor and had them read my prescription from the glasses I got from GlassesShop. My doctor read my prescription just like any other eye doctor would. This was never a problem until I stated my doctor told me my prescription was wrong. This is not wrong to do per THEIR refund policy. If the glasses I ordered with points did not look right on me, I would send them back and exchange them. I then used those points to make different purchases. I got my store credit and of course, I used it because I'm not going to NOT use it? I also earned points for reviews. I took advantage of this policy when I was in fact, not satisfied with my purchase. Per their words below, they offer 100% store credit if dissatisfied. I returned a few pairs, within the allotted time, because I did NOT like how they looked on my face. THEY SAY THEY ACCEPT ALL REVIEWS BUT LITERALLY WILL NOT TALK TO ME LIKE ADULTS THEY JUST BLOCK PEOPLE! THIS IS DISHONEST! Below they responded saying that I have returned 5 orders in the past two years. To say that you are blocking me because you "don't know how they measured my prescription" is RIDICULOUS. They read my glasses like they would read any other person's glasses. UPDATE: What does it MATTER if you know how they read my prescription or not? It is an eye doctor's office.
